have asked over and over to be removed from calling list for months and they have yet to so do. each time they call there is the initial call where you get no answer or response.....I'm assuming made by a computer, then the second call come in within one to two minutes with the recorded message for my business google listing which instructs you to press 1 to speak with a rep and 2 to be placed on a do no call list. I've spent months as well pressing 2 and hanging up only to get the same call again and again. When I ask to speak to a manager Im told there are none available every time. today alone I have spoken to three reps that become aggressive and threatening when I explained the situation. Their names are Morris, Ben, and Sam. I was told on the second call that Sam actually was the manager and to be honest he was the worst one of the bunch. when I explained that I would be filing a complaint with the FTC they encouraged me to do so and even went as for as dishing out an address. The first robo call comes from 504-229-6756, then the second call comes in with the recorded message from 504-290-1159.
