I think that its one of those "reputation defender" companies that try to "sell you" a membership to "block bad reviews,comments or postings" linked to your name or a similar name to a person's. The more common your name, the more they seem to call people.

They just doen't stop calling, and us several different numbers to "catch you"...you block on number an a week later here's a new incoming call, with the same "messages" always "hinting" that they have "found something" linked to "your name" etc.
