Got a call from 5038020872?
2:15pm - rec'd a call from 503-802-0872 - caller ID stated "One Connect" - wanted to speak to the "owner". I stated they were unavailable, could she leave a name & number for a call back? She stated she will call back later & hung up! Well, the next time she does call she will be dealing with me - again - and she will get the same response, ... cuz this gate keeper doesn't let such calls get past her w/o more info. Not today, Satan, not today! Or EVER!
Asked for owner by first name. I asked who was calling, she said "Jackie". I asked what it was about, she said, "Your merchant account." I just hung up and blocked. Caller: One Connect Processing
The man who just called the business I work for was extremely rude, and asked for information on the owner that I cannot give out. When I informed him that I wouldn't be able to put him through without a message whether he was here or not, he kept berating me, telling me that's not what he asked over & over and trying to force me to give him information. I finally hung up. DO NOT ANSWER THIS COMPANY!
Hello Everyone, I spent over an hour on the phone with this company, finally finding out who they are. This is a Credit Card Processing business. They setup appointments to have their "Local Rep" stop by to discuss their services. They will hound you day and night for your business. BUT THERE IS HOPE!!! Their agent, Robert, was stupid enough to call me on her cell phone when I told him to put our number on the DO Not Call List. . Here is his cell number: 720-808-3238 Remember to dial *67 before typing her number to hide your caller ID. Have fun.
After answering a call from One Connect and informing the caller (Jackie is who she said she was) that the owner of our business does not accept business calls, Jackie went on to ask me "Why?''. I told her that "Why" doesn't even matter and to remove us from their call list. Jackie then proceeded to yell, "How does why not even matter? You don't even know what the call is about". Not a company our business would be interested in working with...
