Who called me from this phone number (503) 791-3991

i received a call today from this number saying it was a call from social security administration and that a hold had been placed my ssn, because of fraud. It said the press 1 to speak to them immediately. So I did that and got an Indian/hindu speaking person who swore up and down that it wasn't a fraudulent card. I told them that i was blocking their number and reporting them and and they hung up!
