Who called me from this phone number (503) 706-8178

A man asked for me by my first name, I heard someone in the background, and I responded with “I’m sorry I can barely hear you. Who did you say this is?” & he mumbled something to someone as he hung up on me. Not sure who or what he wanted…I’d avoid answering though unless you find out otherwise.
