"Hello, is ______ the owner in?" I am the office mgr & screen all calls; I requested a second time for a message to be relayed. "Are you co-owner & make decisions for the business?" Again, requested message to be relayed. Abruptly, "No message!" Caller hung up; which makes customer wonder with phone skills, I explain a scam; then they understand.
