This number is from OHSU (Oregon Health & Science University) hospital that calls to get a survey after a doctor's appointment at a hospital that is funded/connected to OHSU. Nothing wrong with it, actually legitimate, though. I have gotten calls from them multiple times just a few days after a doctors appointment.
Recieved a call at 7pm on a Saturday, didn't answer but caller ID said OR hlth science I am not expecting call from ohsu, and it's late on a Saturday.
Say OHSU and my name was mentioned. I don't think OHSU would call like this.
