Who called me from this phone number (503) 468-5037

Same issue as others, called saying I took out a loan a year ago that I never paid back apparently. Used my name and an old email of mine, said it was from an address I lived at like 5 years ago, and the references they used for the loan were people I'd never heard of. One had my last name but no one in our family has the first name. Also said they used my drivers license but I've never had a license. xD

The same thing everyone else is saying, very aggressive voicemail about filing a case against me and I wont answer phone when calling back, They even called my son phone smh scam

Still calling me repeatedly with threats to a person with a different name. Concerning though that the 2nd the person, Kristina Miller, had an address very close to a real older address of mine. Also said that the legal complaint was for something commercial? I'm blocking the phone number but it is very obnoxious and threatening.

Sounds same. Only, they called me by the WRONG NAME (because they don't know my name and I have had my phone number a very long time). Very threatening regarding a legal action, you have been served by phone call (is that even legal, I think not), case number, the person said her name was Chrintina Miller, case filed in "county" with case number 424863 and have to call a different number, 844-251-6601 to talk to preceedings office legal department. Bunch of BS meanies.

Caller left an aggresive voicemail addressing me by my full legal name and stating that there is going to be a case filed against me in court that will allow them to track down my location. I contacted the Multnomah County Court house with the fake case number left on my voicemail and the courts stated that the claim number does not exist!.... DO NOT Provide these people with any further information about you or respond to their message!.... It's a SCAM!....

Claimed to be from a non existant government agency attempting to gather valuable information by lying.
