Repetitive caller who calls 3-6 times per week. You can hear sounds like a person is on the phone but doesn't speak and then hangs up. Started receiving these calls months back immediately after telling a persistent sales caller (multiple times - multiple calls) who was calling about renewing a Plumbing Engineering Magazine subscription that the person they are calling for has left the company and to remove us from their call list.
