Got a text from this number saying she was Barbara said that she needed to speak with me and I text back asked what it was in reference too and no answer!

This woman has been harassing me about my house. We took it off the market and she keeps calling me even after I told her not to. Every day. Multiple times. My husband too. Sometimes when I answer she says "oh sorry, it's a bad connection" even though it is not.
