Unsolicited call. Woman's laughter as I picked up and then a man came on the line to say "hello". Suspicious and weird.
He called my Utah number, from his Oregon number, to ask for my father in law who lives in Washington. Wanted to offer him cash to buy his house. Come on guys..... really?
