Who called me from this phone number (503) 300-2796

These people never stop! I'm so frustrated receiving calls of this nature. Robocall=annoying and stressful. This person who did not identify himself tried to get a credit card for some medical equipment. Yet, another telephone number being placed on the BLOCK list.
