I got that TripAdvisor “free cruise†call from a different number yesterday. I am getting TONS of calls. Just got 2 calls in a row from this number I ignored. Glad to read Julia’s comment it is the same scam scum.
The person calls says they are Joe from the TripAdvisor gifting department

I got a call today - 4/27/18 from this # and it reads as XPO Logistics across the LED readout. Since I work with XPO, I know this is not legitimate, and yet it was a service for cleaning ducts.
