Who called me from this phone number (503) 228-7077

this phone number with On Point Credit Union calls me atleast 10 times a day everyday. i called the company and they supposidly can't do anything about it. it's automated call that says "a valid password has been submitted or your password has been changed" i have never been affiliated with this company.
