Got unwanted call from 502-301-1989?

This number is legit. It is the Humana Regular Pharmacy’s line to conduct an agreed upon survey completion after speaking to the pharmacy team. Before speaking to the pharmacy team, the caller (the insured) are asked if they would be willing to receive a follow up call to answer a few questions regarding their experience with “today’s” call. You are prompted to answer yes or no. If you reply yes, your phone number is given and you are thanked. After speaking with a pharmacy team member, you get the survey call. Yes it is animated to decrease any bias and to ensure every surveyed individual hears the exact same words in the exact tone, and asked the same questions with the same rating score. The survey is for quality purposes to be used by Humana to explore what they are doing right and where they could make improvements to better serve their customers. What a concept! They’re for real people. Humana is synonymous with safety (medication and delivery safety). I believe they are outstanding. Most retail pharmacies should follow Humana’s standards. Thank you for reading. I just finished my survey.

This is a Humana robo survey call that comes after you deal with them on the phone. My phone is set to reject all robocalls. Problem solved.

I believe that this is a legitimate Humana telephone number because I'd spoken with a representative earlier this morning to verify a home vision visit to which they'd found no such plan and before I'd contacted a representative, I'd volunteered for a survey. 10 minutes after my scheduled scam visit hadn't taken place, I received a verified call for (502) 301-1989 and didn't answer, thinking it may be a scheme even with the verified number. 16 minutes later the same number called, but now identified as Humana Inc and I ignored again. I did a number search and arrived at this site and read all the comments. I called the verified number and a Humana voice message stated that they'd attempted to call regarding the promised survey and it had expired. The verified number however returned the call while I was finishing my experience and II took a legit 2 minute survey on my experience with them to day. Again, this is a legitimate number.

When you get any kind of unsolicited calls (robo generated or not) and you get a live person from the caller, when they greet you or ask you a question you just respond "What do you lying cork soakers want to scam me out of today?" If they respond or not just keep repeating your opening phrase over and over and over whatever they say or try to respond with. Do this until THEY hang up. If we all respond like this to all unsolicited and illegal calls they will soon get the message. I do this with all unsolicited illegal calls whether if is from Microsoft about computer errors, the IRS or someone wanting to sell back braces or "Rachel" from credit card services. I am on the DO NOT CALL list so that makes them fair game Try it!
