Vacation/timeshare scam. "Shelby" called, claiming to be affiliated with RCI and if I pay $399for an extra Getaway Week, they will then rent it our and send me $1400 in 60-90 days.
Gee, sounds too good to be true....with some questioning, she claimed they "make it up on the back end" when they allegedly have the renters come to a sales pitch meeting. (Really??! What renters pay $1400-$1900 per week and put up with a forced march through a 90-120 minute sales pitch as well. Now, THEY really are gullible.
