Who called me from this phone number (501) 830-4157

Spammer, hacker, POS - whatever you want to call these dimwits, nitwits, morons, doofus, twits, nincompoops will never be enough. We are paying 190 monthly to AT&T and we are the ones who have to screen our calls and then waste our time to post comments about these POS. What a country ????? Crooks have more rights then businesses ???????????? This is our business # and we have voice mail. Morons called @ 9:16 am on 9/26/18. Caller ID shows Out of Area. Hung up after the 2nd ring. Number has been blocked so the twits can keep calling us till the cows come home because their stupid call will be disconnected after the 1st ring.
