Number calls and hangs up. When you call back thinking that you have a bad signal, it says “Goodbye.” This is part of the One Ring bullshit. You say hello, they say goodbye. But your number goes into the database as a valid number for the spamwhores who don’t have actual jobs other than to scam you.
