Who called me from this phone number (484) 893-6911

Received a voice message requesting a call-back to another number 570-522-7101, regarding insurance information. Caller represented themselves as the "Insurance Department" of Wilkes-Barre General hospital. When I returned the call to 579-552-7101, as requested, the answering message specifically identified them as something other than Wilkes-Barre General. I don't know who they are, but they seemed to be after my insurance data.
