Is 484-823-0513 a scam or spam call?
Will use all tactics available to speak to owner including researching your business and say he would like to utilize services.. Has a major attitude like he is above speaking to anyone but the owner. Gives a different number for call back. Dead giveaways.
A guy named Larry just called my office. His phone # was 484-823-0513. He asked for the owner by name and when I asked who he works for, he hung up!! Rude Larry!! I called back to that phone # and the guy who answered - I told him Larry just called from that # and hung up on me and I said that was rude!!
Got a call on my personal cell phone, when asked how they got my personal number they said based off my businesses DOT number, which isnt actually attached in any way. When asked what they wanted, he was with IDS Automotive and advised they help get Workers, Drivers, etc for businesses... and that they AREN'T a temp agency. I said "I appreciate it, but No thank you"; and he just hung up. Wasn't a legitimate call, and was more spam/scam or illegally soliciting without a permit.
Refuse to leave a message and gets rude and hangs up if you question him. Jack ASS
