Who called me from this phone number (484) 664-1730

Woke me up this morning . said he was American Police Organization. I do not want to hear from any bogus caller; they make my life unbearable, yet I do not want to give up my landline of 46 years. Just had surgery and I am very distressed with these kind of calls, about 12 a day.
