Actually, I checked with Independence Blue Cross (9/25/2019), and the call from this number is not a scam. The company, Inovalon, is contracted with IBX to conduct these visits for free, if you want one. I had received a letter from IBX with the same information and the IBX representative confirmed it is legitimate.
They called stating our names and that they were calling on behalf of Independence Blue Cross to “coordinate a personal health visit by one of our health providers which is of no cost to you.” Total scam.

Recieved a call from a man named Mark. He left a voicemail stating the was calling on behalf of Gateway Medicaid. Mind you I heard loud music bin the background and honking horns it sounded like he was in a car. Sounded like a scam call to me so I called my insurance company and they said they never called me.
