Who called me from this phone number (484) 428-6207

I get a call from this number at leadt 3 times a month, never answer it, they never leave a message, when phonu calls vome up on my cell, it appears as 'scam likely ' si i know rigjt awsy not to answer it. Plus i never answer a call i don't recognize! But these people are annoying!
