Dms legal team? Illegally robo calling

I received back to back calls from this number late at night. After numerous calls I finally picked up. A woman with an accent said she was with the hospital I had recently visited and needed my insurance information to complete their billing. I hung up after she gave me the wrong date of service. They actually had the nerve to call back again after I hung up!

Called me and claimed to be the hospital I recently visited. Then tried to ask for my insurance information. They hung up when I put them on hold for a minute.

Calls multiple times a day why leak my er information

Claimed to be the billing department for local hospital asking for my mother's insurance information. When the female with an accent asked for Medicaid number I knew it was fraud. blocked

I got this call today. I did answer it was a man with a VERY VERY heavy accent telling me that my visit on the 17th of Feb is missing information. I said well I have no ideal who you and of course you have no ideal who I am so do not call me again hung up. He called me 3 more times after that i did not answer.

They have been calling several times a day and will not leave a message. They will not answer when you call back.

Caller ID showed Emergency room Billing collector. I knew it was a scam because with my insurance I rarely get billed for anything. Didn't answer nor leave a message. Now blocked.

Obviously a scam through medical records

Every time I answer no one even speaks on the other end until I hang up it’s dead silent

They are calling me every hour. Asking for billing information for my hospital stay. I have not been admitted to the hospital. They want to know if I gave Medicare. Then another call wants insurance information so they can bill an ER visit. I have not been to the ER and all my medical bills have been paid. How can they keep calling lime this. Its very annoying.

After FOUR ignored calls - JUST TODAY - I blocked the number. So this time they actually left a message. I'd sure like to know who leaked my ER information to these goons!

T-Mobile reports suspected spam - so I do not answer. But they call several times a day and NEVER leave a message either. Also unnerving that I really was recently in the ER. Anyone who wants to get into contact with I already have in my contacts....

Keeps calling my cell and T-moble indicates 'scam likely so I refuse to answer. No message left. But from this site, it is unnerving that I really was in the ER. So where'd they get my number if not from hospital?????

Trying to talk to me about a ER visit.

I got a called regarding an ER visit billing. At first I thought it really was someone from the ER billing since they knew which website to go to for my account login and stuff. But then they also said that they need my dob and ssn which made me suspicisious. This is when I looked up this number and found it to be a scam.

Called me twice within two hours. Didn't answer. No message left

I did not answer as the number comes up on phone as possible scam. Did not leave a message

Called at 9pm and asked if I was the parent or guardian of XXXX (my son) and said they needed my health and auto insurance information so they could submit physician bill. I had already paid all his ER bills so I told them if they needed the insurance information they would have to get it from the hospital because they had all of this information. I contacted the hospital the next day and they said that no one would have called asking me for this information and their records confirm that all my bills had been paid. The part that really concerns me is that they had my son's name and information on his ER visit.
