Who called me from this phone number (484) 276-5159

Left voicemail. It was a man sating he "thinks he has the right number" & left a website to Make 10,000 in 4 days from home . What a Bull. S@#$. Gimmick! Has called 3x a day in past 2 days . Also started getting restricted calls since this started , maybe related?!
