I believe this to be a spam call wanting money. I tried to ask simple questions and think of questions to ask the person and they would either talk over me or ask if I am there. I think that he eventually got fed up and hung up on me. I would not by any means give him any of your information. I have not myself, and I am 99% sure that you are not supposed to give information out via phone (by information I mean: credit/debit card information or social security, in this case, he wanted my credit card).
