It's known. Not sure why there isn't an option to select for legitimate callers. It is a Republic Services notification. I do wish they'd provide an id with these calls. I see them all the time.

This is Republic, a waste management company calling to say why trash pickup service was delayed, usually for weather-related reasons, and when to expect service to resume. It is a robo-call to customers, but safe.
