I recieved same message however I summon litigation on this property whic is as subject to unauthorized commercial loans . Alter ego who defrauded me of retirement proceeds. Life estate. So regardless of the pattern and or it being a scam there’s a reason behind it. I would appreciate feedback From anyone With an experience similar to mine.
