Who called me from this phone number (480) 750-4859

I receive this call several times a week in which a female recorded voice tells you to wait for someone to respond than will say due to large responce no one is able to take you your call and that you are to call a number which I have never been able to retain long enough to write it down so I can include it in a report. This call is very irritating and I am certain this is a scam.
