Who called me from this phone number (480) 681-8051

received a call from 480-681-8051. I didn't recognize it, so I let it go to VM. The VM was blank. It's the second time this number called me and left a blank VM. I think it's the "one ring" scam where the scammers call long enough to leave the blank VM in hopes you call the number back. When you call back, they somehow link you to a long-distance service and use your cell phone to make the long-distance call and you get charged for the long-distance call. So, I blocked and deleted the phone number. Googling the number doesn't show it belongs to anyone.
