Who called me from this phone number (480) 498-8159

I get calls from this #480-498-8159 almost daily. I do not answer. They leave no message. It comes up on my caller ID as spam. I'm reluctant to answer. I'm tired of it. I'm on the Do Not Call list. How can I stop it?
