A nice sounding guy called about my Discover Card and asked for me by name. I asked what department he worked in and he stammered out Cardmember Services (pffft ok guy). I told him since you are looking at my card membership, clearly you have all of my relevant info, just send it through the Message Center or email me. He then asked if this is *my name here* or is this a wrong number and I hung up.
