At least 42 consumers from Oregon, New Mexico, Florida, California, New York, and 16 other states reported phone number 479-715-4276 to the Federal Trade Commission. 59% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on August 22, 2018.

A call from this number came in February this year. Caller ID: COMMUNITY; Since the caller ID was not familiar, I let it go to Voicemail. It was an automated machine call. I do not have a record of what the message said, any more than this note I left to myself of possible unwanted calls. Subsequent calls using the same caller ID but different phone numbers leads me to believe this is a scam company which either claims to be a financial organization named Community Capital Bank or an claim that you have received an online review. One number has called me about both, and both claims are scams. One of the automated messages went as follows: " You have a call from: Jeffery Peterson from Community Capital Bank To confirm an appointment to discuss…(pause) please hold" I hung up because we don't require services from any financial institution other than our own.
