Hubby keeps getting this call twice within an hour on separate days, most recently today, within the last hour. No voicemail left, but another site, which actually blocks and records these calls, has a recording of the beginning, where a male voice just says "Hello........hello.......hello" and that's it. We don't answer unrecognized calls, and this is mostly why! That he keeps getting them in bunches, followed by large spaces of time, just keeps confirming our suspicions. Oddly enough, I never get called by this number, and MY phone number is only ONE digit different from his!
