Who called me from this phone number (479) 437-8054

Called twice. First time some sort very fast talker telling me I had failed to accept a "subsidy" related to the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care). Stopped her to ask her to identify who she worked for, and she said Blue something. She said I was not getting certain services like Medicare (which I already get) she hung up. I called the number back to ask how they got my number and insist I be removed from their list. The person who answered went straight into the same spiel.
