Who called me from this phone number (478) 410-7950

I have had this number call my home 19 times in last 18 days. Usually I do not answer calls I do not recognize. However I have as of late answered and said hello and had nothing in return and eventually caller hangs. I shall report this to the FCC as a harassing caller
