Have received several (25+) calls from this number since end of August 2019 through today; 470 809 1269 claim to be ECC a govt collectioin agency. Finally had time to call this number back, Eric Novak answered, he is the head of the legal division (right!) and has time to answer phones. Anyway, he said coincidentally my file was being "processed out" today and if I could hold on he would explain the "investigation" to me. He started out by stating that 2.5 years ago President Trump...blah, blah, blah. They probably charged my phone# for the call back, that is the ONLY way they're getting money from me!
using number 844-888-6250 leaving msg saying calling from ECC (without saying where that is from) gave the 470-809-1269 phone number saying it will affect my SSN and my bank accounts.
Left message saying that if i didn’t call back to resolve this matter that it wouldd affect my social security number (?) and employment. Also claimed would serve me at my job ( unemployed) SCAM
ECC threatens to file for a judgement against me that will affect my job and credit.
Caller says they are calling from ECC (whatever that is) and if you don't call back it will affect your social security, job, etc. Obviously a scam.

ECC calling in regards to a severely delinquent matter. Some type of judgement against me. Something about my job and SSN. FYI- If you are served you will know it and then a judgement will be made in court. It will not come through a phone number. This call sounds like a major scam.
