Who called me from this phone number (470) 737-1694

Someone from this number called my phone and I missed their call. I tried calling back three time, first time was immediatly after they called me. It just keep going to a generic voice mail message.Finally fourth time they asked for me by name and when asked who they were with they hung up on me.
