Got a call from 4705821149?
Called me and left a recording (Calvin Ward) stating that I should have a lawyer and contact them and should do so in 24 hours. I called and told me I was a reference used by another party on some debt which I was not even responsible. Tactic to look for someone but leaving threat messages that I was in trouble. Once I pushed for information, I was told they could not give me and they quickly hung on me. This is a total harassment tactic when they cannot locate actual owners of debt. I would not answer and block this jerk's number.
Told me they are collecting from HSBC credit? Wanted me to pay settlement of $1,372.04 or $4,327.16. They were sending it to court. Gave me old addresses. EmaIls that were not mine. Spoke with Calvin Ward and Franklin Grant. They said my wages will be garnished and drivers licenses suspended if I didnt pay.
Calvin Ward with C.M.G. clled me about a payday loan i got from a loan office in my area. i was skeptical about this issue due to the name wasnt the same i went threw to get the loan, but after i did my home work i found out the loan company i delt with was a sister company that's backed by hsbc. i found out that hsbc backed alot of company's that offers lines of credit and loans! Im just going to say that i was unaware of myself heading towards a financial placed i worked so hard to exscape. Thank you Mr. Ward
