This number called me with Caller ID 470 450 3259 on a weekday afternoon. I missed the call. I called back 30 minutes later. When you call the number back, the number rings 10 times, then drops the line (hangs up like an invalid number with the 4 beeps). Called back multiple times in a row. Does the same thing (10 rings, drops with 4 beeps).
