Who called me from this phone number (470) 402-8562

Message said there is a problem with my student loan. When I call this number back it says there is an error and hangs up. I called the number left on the message 877-788-4212 and when I mentioned that I was returning their call about my student loan(I do not have a student loan) they hung up on me.
