Glen Sams called me twice this week from the phone number referenced and did the same thing - made a lot of threats about "the bank" and taking me to court and referenced places I've lived. I'm sure this is due to one of the data breaches. I have filed a formal FCC complaint.

Left a message stating they would take me to court for unspecified reasons ("bank and a couple of civil complaints"). Fake, but knew my name, county, and MAIDEN NAME which is only in my credit report (probably thanks to the Equifax breach). In the past, I received a similar message who CALLED MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT and tried to scare my boss with claims of garnishment.
Hung up the phone. Really rude. Couldn't get a word in and wasn't given any info They were recording us and they say they were going to call immigration Why we are US citizens
They say something about civil processing of a legal matter. They knew what county I live in. It's a scam. I was scared until I looked into it. When they called back and I told the man one the phone what he is doing is pretty shitty, he yelled, "See you in court!" and hung up. That was like a month ago. Today they called my ex sister-in-law about it.

Also got the call from "Client Mediation Group". Calvin Ward was the name. Wouldn't give me enough info to determine if it was a scam or not, which makes me think it's a scam. Also very unprofessional when I pushed for manager and company name, which also makes me think it's a scam.
