The caller was supposedly calling to refund money for computer technical support as they were having to close down. How about that?

At least 40 consumers from Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania reported phone number 470-280-2005 to the Federal Trade Commission. 60% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on March 4, 2020.
