I received an automated call this morning asking me to call back when I did I was notified that I was being sued by Aarons and they were able to contact Aarons with me being on the phone to verify. Please be aware that you can be pursued legally for merchandise if it is not paid for or returned it will be considered stolen!!!

call from bill baxter that you need to call back or your rights will be forfeited. came from another local number to call this number back
Same VM as others posted. Bill Baxter, forfeit rights, etc. The call came from 216-350-7532.
I just received a call from "Bill Baxter" who claims my file has been forwarded to him. If I do not respond and call 470-237-4648, I will forfeit my rights. I did not call back.
I've received a call three times in the past few weeks telling me to call 470-237-4648 or I will be forfeiting my rights (left on voicemail) ... The strange thing is, the number that is calling me is 1-407-553-8470.

I got a call today on 6/19/2019 at 1:45pm about submitting an unspecified file or I'll be forfiting my rights. It was a robot that spoke my name and the person who left the message was Bill Baxter.
When I received this voicemail after ignoring the call, I went online and seen that many other received this exact call with the exact message from the same person. Did not respond to voicemail.
