Illegal telemarketer who thinks they don't need to abide by the laws regarding cold calling cell phones and numbers on the Federal Do Not Call list. Their latest scam is to post as a Police Action fund. This number is also used in spam calling where they pose as Google and run a SEO scam. This is a criminal operation - beware!
