"Debt collector" but wont say what for. Spam.

Calls almost every single day and there’s never anyone on the end of the line

Missed a phone call from 443-578-4052. Redialed number to hear male voice stating "Account Access Speaking on a Recorded Line, May I have your access code?" Hung up on me after answering that I do not have an access code. ???

I switched from Windstream to Spectrum in August 2019, My contract with Windstream was up on 6/8/19. They billed me for 2 more months even though I no longer had their services and without a contract. Got the usual run around with Windstream back in September telling me it takes them 2 months to turn off service...I had No Contract!! I refuse to pay. BB/buffalo ny

Received 2 calls this morning. When I called back, she said she was from Health Pro and wanted to know if I was in pain because I could qualify for... I cut her off and told her not to call back.
