Received a call today with a recording stating they were filing paperwork in my county for a law suit unless I call them back to give more information. SCAM.

I've received a voicemail indicating I need to verify my current address as well as place of business to move forward with next procedure or I forfeit my rights to take care of a matter outside of my county and they will contact my HR to deliver proper paperwork, they leave this phone number along with a case number. They indicate its my maiden name and I've been married for 8 years. The first time they called I called the number back and the person just answered the phone with an "Hello". I've worked with debt collectors in the past and they always been respectful and indicate their company name as well as its an attempt to collect a debt. This person just said I had to provide payment today and that he had all of my personal information; name, address, dob and SSN and then went on to laugh at me because I challenged him, eventually he hung up on me.

SMS sent to my daughter's phone, asked me by name, wanted to discuss selling my house without an agent..had my actual address.

443-384-0763 left a message on my voice mail threatening a warrant for my arrest if they did not hear back from me. I have blocked this #. They also requested the last 4 digits of my Soc. Sec.#. Thank you.

Got a call from this number today. I'm going to be arrested by US Customs later today apparently.

Received a call stating that there will an arrest warrant in my name if I didn't call back with the last 4 of my social security number.

I got a call from that number on 9/21/2020 said they were gonna take legal issue up with me. SS# was compromised :( Scary
