This guy has called me from dozen of other numbers over the past five years. It's always the same guys voice, and he always quickly becomes hostile / aggressive if you request a mailing address or any form of identification. The scam is for either a police officers ball or a fire department's ball. When you request more information about the date of the event, or the city to which the event is being held, it's typically locations in the Northern California area. So if he doesn't live there, he may have once lived there. Also, he typically calls in the later hours of the evening. After 7pm to as late as 930pm on some occasions.
