they claim to be a bill collector but calling family and not me when i try to call back there is nothing- no one answers phone
Have received constant calls every day. Leaves message claiming if I do not call. Stating I owe something. When I answer or call number it sounds like a open line (can here noises in background). I say Hello, Hello nobody responds.

Claims that you have a file in their office. Won't give any concrete information or written confirmation of anything. Do not answer and do not give out any personal information
Calling two days in a row. I answered once and pressed 0 to talk to someone and they said something as they seemed to pick up the receiver and put it back down. Block the number, doesn’t give the option to be put on do not call
