In my case the incoming call was a local number, hoping to gain my trust so I'd think a neighbor was calling and I'd pick up the phone.
The caller left a message asking to call about a problem with our electric bill.
The # that is displayed on caller ID doesn't match the # that is left on vm. Caller appears to call from multiple #'s, but # in vm is consistent. States its Ohio Electric Co. calling re last months statement. I've never been to Ohio, let alone lived in Ohio.
